Ended up getting this error so I reinstalled the client and still can't get it. I saw someone else suggest to another player submit a ban appeal for what seems to be the same issue. Hi there! You don't appear to be banned on our end, I checked your accounts and both of them don't have a ban attached. It's possible that you could have a MAC address that's been previously banned describing the immediate dc after entering the PIC. I will open a DM with you so you can tell me your MAC address and I will check it to see if that's the issue.
