Disconnected from the Game

If someone can assist me, that would be helpful.
When I try to log in the game, it automatically disconnects me.
I don't know why, but I haven't touch this game for a while.
I'm pretty sure there weren't an update...
I reinstalled it and it still doesn't work.

 

Is this happening on all your characters?
Could be a mac ban so probably fixed itself by now.

 

Yes, it's happening on all of my characters, but I'm not on a MAC.
I'm on a windows laptop.

 

MAC would be ''Media Access Control'', something that all computers have it. So it looks like a MAC ban, you should make a thread probably at character issues or ban appeal (really not sure about which one) asking for a gm to see if that's really your case

Edit: Hamachi could also be causing it
