Hello! Returning player here. Got the advice on the technical help discord channel to post here to check if I've been banned. All Your Character Names: Gardoom, Gode, Thorgard, Kubr. Last thing you did: Create the Kubr character. I was last logged in briefly on Gode around the time when the anniversary event started. Why do you think you got banned?: No clue. I have installed a new router at home, that's the only difference from last time I logged in. Ban message when attempting to log in: "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later." What GM banned you (optional): N/A (I have also reinstalled the game to try and resolve the issue but that did not help) Thanks in advance!
Hello. You are not banned, but are connecting from a previously banned IP, and also connecting with a faulty MAC address (00-00-00-00-00-00). You will need to remove the faulty MAC address, and also can try unplugging your modem/router for at least 3 minutes to prompt your ISP for a new IP address.
