    Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - windows ban on account.
    Character Name:xiaoyayi,xiaowuzi
    Additional Information:last thing, stay in kerning city,didnt do anything

    What's the error message upon logging in?
    Are you sure there's a ban message?

    im not sure . troubleshooting guide say i got banned. get message "you have been disconnected from login server plz try again later".
    i can select char then screen disappear. try lots of time and im sure my net is ok.

    Technically this should be in Technical Help ^_^' If you were banned you'd have an "ID has been Blocked or Deleted" message. You could PM me your MAC Address and I can take a look for you to see if it's banned, but other than that I can't think of any other ideas. Going to move this over now!
