Disconnected on character selection

Hi, I know this problem has been posted many times, but all I can see is the admins asking for peoples names. I have the same problem, logging into me account selecting a channel and when finally selecting a character it says "Unable to Login" or something to that affect. I've tried on both of my computers and I have also went into my computer properties > Device manager anddisabled all the things you mentioned in your video. However I don't know what to do now! My character name is PlebusD, i don't know if that helps but I'd really like to play this server again.

 

No problem... sorry guys I have been able to fix my problem. I registered my IP using the control panel on MapleRoyals main website and that seem to have fixed it! Sorry to waste your time ~
