    Hi, third job SP reset seem to have an issue, multiple attempts but i still get disconnected every time when i tried to utilise the SP Reset.

    What would happen if you put the 3rd job SP reset into the Cash Shop?

    Would it disappear?
    Note: this is to confirm if it's a bugged SP reset

    I have not tested on putting it to cash shop, i will update once i try.

    You may store the bugged SP reset into Cash Shop and purchase a new SP reset

    The Admins will refund you the NX amount upon confirming the bugged SP reset

    As mentioned earlier, the Admin will provide a refund of NX once confirmed the bugged SP reset

    It's normal for bugged NX to disappear in Cash Shop, cause they are bugged
