Hello, I purchased 2 Owl of Minerva items in FM today and I was disconnected while using them twice, first time earlier today and now again 10 minutes ago. I was wondering if there exists some policy for compensating lost items or mesos with proof? I made a screenshot of the latter, but I don't have for the former because I closed the game. Thanks in advance.
That's a bug with the owl, you can't search for a few items because of the share amount of them being in FM causes the owl to bug out. Unfortunately we do not refund anything for the problem with owls.
