Hi. I downloaded MapleRoyals for the first time today, and I have unfortunately had nothing but problems so far. I assure you I have gone through loads of troubleshooting on my own and am not just being lazy here. I will try to be as detailed as possible and include everything I've already tried doing:

    - The main problem is that I am constantly and frequently (every 2-5 minutes) disconnected from the server and returned to the login screen where I get the message "Unable to connect to the game server. Please try again later."
    - Right before this happens, all of the mobs on the map will freeze in place, and I will be unable to attack or leave the map through any portals. Sometimes the game unfreezes when it reaches this point, but eventually it will happen again and disconnect.
    - When I'm returned to the login screen after disconnecting, I will often have to log on to my account on MapleRoyals and use the "character fix", otherwise the game will tell me I'm already logged in. This doesn't happen 100% of the time however.
    - I have disabled and removed every firewall and antivirus I could possibly find on my computer.
    - I have tried multiple cmd ipconfig commands as advised by this post: (had to remove the link because it was being detected as spam, but I tried: >ipconfig /release, >ipconfig /renew, >ipconfig flushdns, and >netsh winsock reset all)
    - I have tried resetting my computer multiple times.
    - I have tested my internet speed to make sure that it isn't the problem, I get 24mb/s download speed and 0.67mb/s upload speed. I'm not sure if this is fast or slow and whether or not it's the culprit.
    - I don't have any programs like Hamachi running. I don't have any programs running at all when trying to play, aside from my Firefox browser.
    - I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling MapleRoyals.

I have tried absolutely everything possible and am becoming extremely frustrated. I would very much appreciate if someone could help me solve this issue. Thank you.

Are you able to try with a different network?
Like using your phone to connect.
There has been a few people with problems caused by using wifi, so if you can try with a network cable that might work.

    Welcome to the server :)
