Disconnecting often when logging in, changing channel, or using cash shop.

    Hi,
    I'm new here and couldn't find answer to this in forums so I'm posting a thread.

    As title says, I often disconnect when I log in (after password, pin, and pic), changing channels in game, or using cash shop (either going in or exiting cash shop - i haven't had any problem buying from cash shop). I found that this problem occurs most around 5pm PST.

    I'm wondering if this is expected behavior, or if this is something that happens once in a while, or something wrong with my side. I am running windows 10 and run the game as admin. I have 070718 game file installed.

    When you dc, does it bring you to the login screen with "Unable to connect to the Game Server."? Ive been having this issue. Certain channels will dc me others wont, I restarted my router and then a whole different set of channels started to work while others didnt and now cashop is insta dc. *I tried the compatibility xp (service pack 2&3) but to no avail.
