Do not step in character screen

Hello, two ago I posted a topic asking for help for a friend who can not pass the character screen on your computer. (ON NO ACCOUNT)

On the same topic, the ADM said that my friend (lRyo) used hack and was banished:



But at the same time, I asked my friend logs in to your account on another computer, as shown in the images below:




I would like to sincere help ... he can not pass the ONLY character screen on your computer, on any account.
Obs: The game just closes.

 

The reason why he's not able to pass the character selection on any account ON THAT COMPUTER is that he's been MAC-banned on that computer.

He has been banned for hacking, therefore he should not be logging into the game at all on any account, as this constitutes ban evasion. However, he has a dynamic ip, so if he logs into the game from a different computer as well, neither the MAC nor the IP will match those which were banned.

Update: I have banned IRyo for Ban Evasion. He is welcome to make a ban appeal if he feels that this is wrong.

I'd suggest that any further threads you make regarding this issue should be posted in either character issues or ban appeal, as this isn't a Technical Help issue, since your friend is banned for hacking.
