since the resolution of the client got raised a little with the last patch, I feel like windowed mode is kind of nice to use now. But I wonder what everyone else prefers.
I prefer full screen since that gives me a nostalgic feeling, but I mostly play in windowed mode because of multiple reasons (double client, checking the internet, etc.)
