Do you still need dragon elixir after getting the certificate of dragon squad?

    After completing Moira's quest, do you still need a dragon elixir to get into Horntail? Also, which mobs inside HTPQ drop Marks A, B and C for the quest? Thanks.

    Yes, you still need the elixir to enter the cave. The certificate only skips HTPQ. The skeles at the end of the pq drop the marks.
