Does the Dmg Penalty apply to non-Elemental skills dmg?

    Does the Dmg Penalty apply to non-Elemental skills dmg?

    For instance, if I'm a bishop and I'm wielding an elemental staff/wand. Does the damage penalty apply towards holy skills damage like heal/shining ray/etc?

    There's no penalty towards the holy element if that's your question.

    What about the extra damage on Fire/Poison/Lightning/Ice element from those elemental weapons? Does it apply in MapleRoyals? Because in MSEA, it applies.

    Yes, if an I/L uses a F/P wand, the dmg ur I/L spells do are halved from memory, vice versa. Bishops can use any wand with no penalty though.
