Donator pets breaking accounts

    I bought a donator pet on my character Izanami and after logging out I couldn't log back in anymore to it, since two days ago. I've been trying to contact GM's about it but no one has helped yet. Now I've bought another donator pet on my other character Minerva (not Minevra), I didn't get the pet for some reason, the points were spent but the pet didnt show up in my inventory, so I disconnected and tried to relog, and now I cant log into that character anymore too.

    I was able to recreate the issue so I have removed the pets from your inventories, and the donator NPC for now until we figure out how to fix the problem. I have refunded the RP to your account. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Just bought harp seal on my other account after i just donated and now its stuck. :(
