almost reminds me of the time last year when i bought a dragon mount, and because your cs inventory wasn't working my inv was full, my mount dissapeared, didn't receive any compensation and lost 25 rp
You didn't receive a compensation or form of help because you never replied to Matt's question. That is not really something you can blame on us, is it?
actually to be honest, i didnt receive any replies for weeks, do i got tired of waiting for a reply and bought another one, still didnt get any compensation for it tho
Then I suggest you read the reply Matt gave you after he hadn't hear from you for over a month, where he stated that if you'd still need help you should open a new thread. Help doesn't arrive to you magically, you've gotta help us help you if you want a result.
i made a post on 3/14/16 and didn't get a reply till 4/8/16, by that time i was fed up of waiting and didn't come back to royals till about may, that being said since you guys did keep track of it, can anything be done about it now or because its been forever should i assume no? i mean you guys have records of what has or hasn't been purchased, you could see that i purchased one, then had to purchase another, that that means i would have two in my inv, but i only have one, and since i cant drop donor items you could potentially see that im not lieing about it >.>
