    Problem: My donor pet harpseal has changed into a shark.
    Details:
    Hello there,
    Last year I was scrolling through the donor petshop and fell in love with the little white harpseal. Everything was fine, we bonded and went on amazing adventures.
    Today I logged in and was shocked to see my poor little Snowflake had been eaten by a Shark :(
    Could I perhaps get my dearest pet back? If its not possible I think I would like to have a rp refund.
