Pet Donor pet no longer responds to commands

So I got the Baby Tiger a while back, before the staff implemented the donor tab in the Cash Shop. It used to respond to all sorts of commands, but I've noticed that since the patch he and I have lost communication

IGN is Banned.

I can confirm that this is also the case for my GM's donor pet (a pink dragon).

 

My donor pet also doesn't respond to commands, it's a Persian Cat.

 

Having recently bought the donor pet Starwing, I was eager to try its commands and animations. Sadly, I was only met with disappointment. It responds to no commands whatsoever and feeding it will only reset its stand-by animation.
I've seen that this is the case for many other donor pets and I hope that it's a soon-to-be fixed issue (could we have refunds if not? ).
Incomplete pets shouldn't be released in the donor shop anyhow.

This is currently a bug with all donor pets and it is being looked into. They were fine until a recent update.
