hello, i cant get the donor vip hair coupon to work for the dracula hair, however i did manage to use one to change the face. i bought another one to change the hair but it says to try again later, any clue? i was trying to use it in the free market.
could you please post screenshots that show the error message(s) you encounter and the character you're facing these problems with? a full screenshot of the game client is preferred

You are getting a error message because the Count Dracula hair is actually a male hair style and was accidentally misplaced in the female section. The hair will be moved to the male section in the upcoming wz update.
