Problem: Don't remember old account's PIC and associated email
Details:
I have an old account to which I can log in normally, but don't remember PIC
I also don't remember which e-mail is associated with the account, so I'm having troubles to reset it.
The main character on this old account is called Skrewt.

Is there a way I can get information about this account's e-mail so I can move on with retreiving my old characters?
(I applied with the same request to the "staff application" section but go no response)
