Double click my character to enter game and my screen freezes and then game logs out...

    I log in to the game and proceed to choose my character and double click him and then my whole screen just freezes and then logs out of the game back to my desktop. Ive tried character fixes on the website and closing the game and reopening but that does not work... Please help!
