    Well, I have doubts in relation to the item you won in gachpon (Black Phoenix Shield Forging Manual). I went to the NPC (NLC), but it's not possible to talk to him, then, these quest even work? If not, why not take this item gachpon ... actually, it's a useless item.

    Try talking to the The Glimmer Man NPC in NLC instead. Sorry for the confusion.
