Hi all, I'm really confused. I played royals yesterday and did not get any new antivirus programs so I'm not sure why it's not working today. When I try and run royals, it gives me the gray box that comes up during server check ("We were unable to connect to the login server due to a server check, a firewall block, or other network issues..") I have restarted my computer twice, deleted mapleroyals folder and redownloaded client, created an exception and temporarily disabled AVG antivirus, and allowed access to royals on my windows firewall. I am connected to internet (obviously) and there is not a server check going on right now. I have no idea what could be wrong and would REALLY appreciate some help. Thanks in advance!
Yes, positive. After restarting computer for the third time and spamming the program, it finally went through. I have no idea what fixed the problem (or why the problem was there in the first place) but looks like I'm good for now??? Thanks for your help.
I have some bad news. Unfortunately, this issue has not been completely resolved. I got royals to run after shutting down my computer completely and turning it back on, but it also seems to dc me mid game. I dced inside krex and couldn't log back in for a while. And when I did, I dced again almost immediately with no error message. Royals just quit out, didn't even send me to login screen. Any advice?
