Notice Downtime and Double EXP event

    Hi Everyone, and welcome back!

    Please accept our apologies for the downtime. Unfortunately, our Hard Drive failed, so we've had to reinstall everything onto a new HD and restore everything from the most recent backup we had. If you notice any errors (for example, the portal from Leafre Cabin to Leafre doesn't work), please report them here. If you have lost anything items/mesos as a result of the crash, please let us know. We will not be refunding lost experience or or rolled-back gachapon runs, though, as we've all been rolled back.

    We will be holding a one-hour-long Double Exp event as compensation for the downtime. All times given are in GMT.

    The Double Exp Event will start at: 01:00 am on Sunday 4th Jan 2015
    This event will end at: 02:00 am on Sunday 4th Jan 2015

    Seems a bit silly that this was announced at a time that most people couldn't even access the forum...

    Suggestion: post on facebook page in future, as that tends to be a lot more reliable?

    Most people could access the forum, it was the minority that couldn't. Everyone could access the game though, where there was a scrolling notice regarding the compensation.

    Also, there were over 400 people online. Plenty of people managed to make it during the event.

    I tried clearing cache, doing dns flush, changing to a different dns server, and still I couldn't access the website and forum... quite sure there wasn't ANYTHING I could do to make it work...

    I only log into the game when there is a reason to; 2x EXP would have been a reason :-/

    Must agree, this 2 exp came very hasty i didn't miss it cause i was lucky....

    IMO, the 2x EXP compensation really wasn't necessary. Just be glad the server is finally stable.

    P.S.: I missed it too because I try to maintain a normal sleep rhythm, so I am not being a hypocrite here ;)

    The compensation ran for the hour in which the server came back online and then immediately went back down due to the hard drive failure. When we do compensation events, we try to have it run at the same time there was a problem making players unable to gain normal EXP.
