Dragon Khanjar 'godly item' a possibility?

    I have seen over 30 Dragon Khanjars in the free market and not one of those has hit the 10% chance of being godly. The only Dragon Khanjars in the market at the moment have a 13-17 attack average. Is there a possibilty a Dragon Khanjar can be godly or is it stuck at a 17 attack maximum?

    Same, seen literally SO MANY DRAGON KHANJARS.
    No godly ones.

    I've seen some that were affected by 'godlyitems' and had higher than normal defence. Probably some of them also had attack affected but they were orginally average or below average and only a few points of attack got added.
