The fact of Dragon Roar was not stunning the player in v0.62 was simply because it was just never coded in. Likely because it was never noticed and was never bug reported. The skill description in v0.62 is the same as in v0.83. Therefore it was simply bugged in v0.62 and we have now fixed it in v0.83. We will not be purposely keeping things broken if they were broken in v0.62.
