I think there's a bug with the weapon, the required DEX is 110, and i have already 110 DEX, i can still wear the weapon, and attack, but it shows as not being weared. And keep making me DC when i try to do normal attack with my Dragon Slash Claw
This is because the stats from shoulder are bugged and don't count towards wearing gear, but still let you equip it
oh alright, i think the gms are aware of the shoulder bug already, then it has nothing to do with the dsc, thx pro
