Dragon Sleve Forging @ Mos

Is this a glitch or not? You can only make Green Dragon Sleves at Mos instead of Green and Purple. The recipe for green asks for 6 refined LUK and 2 refined DEX. Maybe green should be 6 DEX 2 LUK? And purple can be 6 LUK 2 DEX?

 

It is not a glitch. You are not supposed to be able to forge both level 110 claws, only the DEX one (green).

 

Is there a reason we can forge both daggers but only one claw?

 

Because the daggers are different – the claws only differ in colour (and LUK/DEX). The daggers differ in stat requirements, weapon attack, weapon name, etc.

But no, not really, I suppose. It's just how MapleStory was, is and hopefully will be (on Royals).
