IGN: dodgerBlue Servertime: 14th Dec 2015 16:30-16:40 Hi, I just accidently dropped my 16wa SCG in ch19 (not 100% sure is ch19 but should be ch18-20) Rose Garden's 1st map, i just defeated the castle golem with my bowmaster(dodgerblue) and wanna exit the map, when i was at the exit portal of the map I was trying to unequip the cgs then transfer to my pally which waiting at the gardener's spot, the way i unequip my cgs is double-click the non-atttack cgs in my inv so can ez swap all of them, but I did not realize i was dragging my scg at that moment, then I switch to my pally client to cc, then left-click back to my bm client and press up to exit the map, so i saw clearly my scg was dropping when i was exiting the map... Is there any chances i can get it back? ty
Hello, Apologies to disappoint you, but we are unable to refund item losses caused by player error. This includes situations where items are accidentally dropped, regardless of the circumstances. Dropped items are not recoverable by Staff, and it is the player’s responsibility to manage their inventory carefully when equipping, unequipping, or switching characters or clients. As such, we will not be able to restore or refund the item in question. Thank you for your understanding, and we apologise for the disappointment.
