    Problem: Dropped the event item Rudolph's Shiny Nose
    Details: I accidentally dropped the event item Rudolph's Shiny Nose while shuffling items, which disappeared. I cannot get another one for at least a year, and it is an untradeable event item, so I was hoping this might be eligible for help. I can show a screenshot of the event dialog showing that I no longer have the option to receive it because I did, if that helps. Thanks!
