I've had this happen several occasions. Problem: Monsters stop showing drops for me, even when I log out and in or change channels. If I'm with a friend, there still isn't any drops. Until they change channel and proceed to get drops again. I'm not sure if there is a solution to this or my character is just bugged, any help would be appreciated.
Solution! Forfeit some of your quests that require you to kill a certain number of monsters. Do this until you find the one which is causing the problem. You should start to get drops again instantly. While encountering this glitch, any monsters that you kill will not drop items/meso and will also no respawn in the map. If you find any maps with no spawn, alert a GM so we can fix the map.
Still no drops after forfeit.. Hi Matt, I tried forfeiting all my quests that require me to kill a certain amount of monsters, but i'm still not getting any drops. Also, I can't forfeit the sauna lady's quests in showatown. They don't show up in "in progress" list, so I can't forfeit it, but when I click on the NPC, it shows that the quests are still in progress. I think this could be the issue bc those 2 quests require me to kill 100 lanterns and nightghosts. Please help!!
