Dupped pet equipments?

    Hello, i noticed that some of my pet equipments were duplicated (or someone dropped and i looted without noticing lol.)

    Also i never bought an Item Ignore Pendant before so im not sure what is going on.
    Like 1 week ago the HP and MP pouch randomly appeared in my inventory and today the magnet, item pouch and pendant appeared.

    Could they have come from the Adventurer's Assignment quest and you didn't notice the reward?
