Hello, so I was Ban a few months ago, My account was ban for ban-evasion, even though I had bought a new computer just to play this server. The original account that got ban was my brothers doing. I had not hacked, bought mesos, or tried to ban evade. Im asking for reconsideration on my current perma ban. The reason im asking for reconsideration is because I genuinely enjoyed every moment I had on this server. I grinded, bought leech, scrolled amazing equips and sold them for decent profit. Everything I had done on GMS, back when it was v.30~V.177. The TOS states the following on Ban Evasion "Punishment: 1st Offence - 30 day ban; 2nd Offence - permanent ban. In instances where major abuse has taken place, the ban will be permanent, even if it is your first offence. Ban evasion for this offence will result in a permanent ban." All though the original account that got ban was ban for damage hacking, as I stated many times before that was my brothers doing. DvinZ, (my account.) has not violated the TOS. I read up on what you the GMs/Admins said about the "changing your mac address". The computer I had bought had the mac address preset to the one you think I changed it to. Im asking for a chance to be unban because the previous account that got ban was lv10. and in NO WAY; ENHANCED, AFFECTED, OR CAUSED ANY ADVANTAGE on DvinZ. So to some it all up. I havent hacked. Im asking to be taken as a 1st offender as I was unaware of the issue of the MAC IP CHANGE, since then I have taken off preset mac ip from the research I have done. Thank you for your consideration.
