Closed Early release from the ban I received

Hello, FOXY gave me a ban because I spammed the chat in EVENT and told me to go read the rules and the ban for 3 days. She told me to read the rules during that time and I can come back and read them. Can you please release the user for me?

But I have another user regardless, everyone opens several users to train themselves and plays from two screens, what's the problem I don't understand?
And if I have 2 different computers and different IP addresses it's not serious to do that,
Either you block the option that they can open the software twice or you leave it open and let people vote from two different users, it makes no sense at all.
On the one hand you allow us to open several users which opens the option to vote as much as you want and on the other hand you don't block this option! It's not my problem that you open an option and then expect people to understand it and then give them a ban.
It's really disappointing you have a good server it sucks that you're being run in such a poor way

 

I swear to you that yesterday I had a conversation with a friend who wanted to do it in a very smart way with several computers and several IP addresses and I got him off of it!
He opened a cleric and I told him to run, make a bishop and sell leeches and make money honestly!
I accept that and I like your approach to educating people according to your terms and giving them the option to choose!
I really learned and will not do it again!

You didn't understand what I meant, my conversation with him was yesterday,
After we did the voting.
And I decided it wasn't worth it because we had a conversation with other players and we decided not to do it anymore and he also got off of it.
That's what I meant, in my opinion if I said that I understood the seriousness of the situation there's no point in keeping me banned.
The purpose of the ban is to teach me the rules and know them and here I understand them from here it's my responsibility and therefore I ask to open the option to play again.
