Closed Echo of hero bug

    Problem: I couldn't use my echo at all today because it was always on cd when I logged on.

    Please help~

    It's currently intended to be this way, although we are still actively discussing the cooldown mechanism.

    TLDR - Cooldown pauses when you log out.
