Hi! I just created a new account and a new lv1 character. However, after I created my PIC and entered it, the game crashed with pop-up:"You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later". I already tried all solutions I could find in the forum, such as Sticky - READ FIRST: Making a Thread in Character Issues | MapleRoyals, Solved [Solution Given] - You have been disconnected from the login server | MapleRoyals, and Closed - Am I MAC-Banned? | MapleRoyals. None of them work. I even reinstalled the game and rebooted my PC multiple times. I personally think it is not a problem caused by VPN. Though I have some VPNs installed on my PC, I didn't use any of them for months, and three days ago I can still successfully login (actually my only account was banned three days ago, but by that time there is no login problem). And it doesnt seem to be a MAC ban as well, because according to others if it is MAC ban I wouldnt be able to create/select character. Any ideas on how to solve it? Thanks very much!
yes and I just found that permanent ban also applies to IP and MAC on this server. So sad that they dont even allow people who once made some mistake to create a new account.
