Hello. A brief explanation to the problem: To unlock some 4th job skills (dragon's breath, power stance, etc.) one must complete the El Nath PQ. To do this, the leader of the party must be a warrior who is doing the power stance questline. The warrior would need a Crimson Balrog's Proposal to begin the quest. Problem is, this item is unachievable since Crimson Balrogs spawn only in the Ellinia - Orbis boatride, which is currently unavailable. This creates a situation where many players cannot unlock their skill, even though the PQ is available. Finding a Balrog's Proposal would be nearly impossible, and players who have one would use the situation to overprice the item. There are a few ways to fix this: 1. Make boatrides available. 2. Creating some other way to achieve the storybook (like a sack which spawns Balrogs) 3. Enabling players to enter El Nath PQ without a stanceless warrior. I assume the first option would be the easiest to fix, but it probably won't happen soon because boatrides seem less important than other aspects of the game. So I would like to point out that 4 skills are currently unavailable until this is fixed, which makes this important enough.
Boat rides are actually coded but just need the timings and warps (when the boat ride timer is finished) checked over as they were a bit muddled. I'd expect it would take 15-30minutes to sort that out so I would expect us to just go ahead and fix that quite soon.
Currently until boat rides are available, GMs are able to warp a player to the boat and spawn crimson rogs for someone who needs the proposal. That way they can fight it like normal, and we can warp you out afterwards. Just try to look out for when one of us asks if anyone needs help with one of those things in game.
