Fixed "El nath PQ"

    How are we going to obtain Crimson balrog's proposal for the "el nath PQ" prequest?

    Skills that require "El nath PQ" are:

    Power stance
    Infinity
    Taunt
    Dragon's breath


    Could it be done so this questline wouldn't need the storybook to start it?

    Good point. Unfortunately you need the item to progress through the actual questline. I'll get the boat added in some sort of way next server check.
