Your wand is 166 TMA 4 slots , which means it will be 182 TMA if u invest 4 event scrolls of Wand M.ATT - costing you around 800m-1b in total if i remember the price of them correctly. I believe 182 TMA isn't worth much, probably worth 1.2b - 1.5b or under (i dont know for a fact, but this estimation will help to determine its definitely not worth to White Scroll it yet). You will have to think with yourself if you are willing to lose it or not, what is the wand you are looking for. If you have a better one or looking for 190+ only or something, you should 30%. If you cannot afford to lose it and want a decent wand for now, then making it into 182 tma with event scrolls is probably better. Edit: Now that im looking at it, 166 TMA and looks like u didnt use 30%, i dont see the m.def from it, did u have a 157 clean and used 60% on it?
Update: Some friend throw on me 30% wand and I bought WS kinda nailed it and now I'm gonna use 100% event. thanks to the ppl that replied on the server HAPPY ME
