Elemental Wand 4?

    I would like to obtain an Elemental Wand 4, so that I can get the Lightning element bonus for use at Wolf Spiders. Where could I get one? Should I just get a Wand 3 instead?

    You get them from Ellinia Gachapon I believe. In my opinion, you might be better off buying a Elemental Wand 3.
