Fixed elnath npc go away

    most of npc in elnath go away or stand wrong position. taxi also disappear, very inconvenient.

    the administrator is like dced player, i approach her then she disappear.

    it happens on 800x client only, 1024x is normal.
    i deleted 800 folder and download, but it cant be fixed :(
