Why would it have 0 upgrade slots?
If you just fail 10 scrolls, without any result , price would be lower.

 

2-3m is a big chunk of change for me. I'll see if I can sell it, thank you.

 

Reason for its price being so low is due to warriors being able to get much more stats wearing a top scrolled with str and a bottom scrolled with dex, instead.

 

That is Some INSAAAANE Str!
