Alright, so we've already been in this situation once: http://royals.ms/forum/threads/ban-appeal.22277/#post-129099 Character Name: Endure Last thing I did: Looking for Griffey, as a part of my 4th job skills' quests. Why do I think I got banned: Quoting Katsuruka from my previous ban appeal thread: "What this looks like to me is that your ISP might have a limited number of IP addresses available to them and that these addresses might occasionally get recycled." Ban message when attempting to log in: First, I got the same message as the last ban: "Your account has been permanently banned for serious violation of the rules. Therefore you will be unable to use this account. Details: Autoban: Royalry Mob Vac". Then I tried to log in again, and a diffrent message has appeared: "Your account has been permanently banned for serious violation of the rules. Therefore you will be unable to use this account. Details: Autoban Kamisama: High damage 458 on Iron Boar" *I keep getting the second message as I attempt to log in the game. Once again, I do not know the character "Kamisama" and I'll appericiate your help. Thank you.
I'm slightly bewildered here. The only thing that account has in common with yours is that someone last attempted to log onto it from the same ip as yours. The last time somebody successfully logged onto that account was in October last year, and their ip and MAC don't match yours. I've unbanned you, but if you run into this sort of issue again, I'll ask Matt or John to take a look to see if they can find a better explanation for what's going on than I can.
