Energy charge doesn't seem to work. The icon shows up in the top right of the screen, but that's it. I tried to use Energy Blast but it just tells me I don't have enough energy.
What level is your energy blast and energy charge? I had no issue with maxed skill level for both skill. and by icon are you talking about the actual skill icon that appears together with your skill buffs or the bar that needs to be charged for the skill to actually activate?
Same here, no issues with the skill. Maybe it's not fully maxed out to 40? Also - make sure that the energy bar is full, because without it you wouldn't be able to use energy blast.
