Duplicate Eos tower elevator| Lucky charm doesn't drop

    I would like to report two bugs:

    1. Eos tower elevator does not work (on 2nd floor I think)
    I wanted to travel from Korea Town to Ludi and this elevator just did not take me up.

    2. Lucky charm does't drop from Leprechaun - FIXED
    My friend and I tested around 200 Leprechauns and found no lucky charm.
    Soiled rag's drop rate is normal though.

    Please look into these matters.
