This has happened to me a few times now. If you are standing right up against the left wall during the fight, Ephenia will occasionally teleport right on top of you. For whatever reason when she does this she becomes unhittable until she teleports again.
Yea it happens in other bosses aswell such as dunas v2 or royal guard ( pre auf boss). only when the boss face left and you hit it from the right, and it applies only for range classes. Edit: it happens after the boss teleports and face to left then only when it face back to the right, you will be able to hit it.
This happens a lot to me as well. On my NL (the ironman one that needs stoppers....) it seems very common, about 10-20% of all fights. On BM its somwhat more rare, about 5% of the fights. On DK it has never happened to me. It seems indeed more common when fighting her on the left side. Allthough fighting either Chao or Eph on the rights side makes them turn around every time for some their spells (like chao's ground pound attack) knocking you towards them. Happens about 20-30% of all fights on the right side. Wich makes them significantly harder to fight than on the left side. Wich is also very common on my NL. Occasionally happens on my BM. Never seen it before on DK.
