Error 1304 in setup

I'm having problems with the setup installer. Each time it installs mapleroyals I recieve error 1304.
I looked it up on the internet but i can't find any useful things. Can someone help me?

 

You said 1304 but the screenshot shows 1310. Based on the SS, it appears your antivirus is blocking the installation from proceeding. Please disable your antivirus while installing MapleRoyals.

 

My antivirus is disabled, but it stills gives the same error

There's something which is preventing the installer from accessing that directory. Without knowing what you have running, I don't think anyone will be able to help you too much unfortunately.

 

So basically, my problem can't be solved?

 

Not unless we can figure out the program preventing the installation.
