I'm unable to open the client on my new laptop running Windows 10. I've ran the client before on Windows 10 on other laptops, however, I can't get it to work with mine. I've installed the new client that I downloaded from the "Download" tab. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and even redownloaded the client setup. Nothing seems to work. I have disabled my firewall completely, removed Norton security, and permanently shut off Windows Defender (which is usually what prevented my previous laptops from allowing Royals to run). Not sure what else there is to do. Any suggestions would help helpful. Thanks. Laptop specs: Samsung Notebook 9 Intel HD Graphics 520
