I moved into a new house yesterday and have been getting this error code the last few times I've tried to access the game.

The maple royals window opens but then force quits to this error code before I manage to get to a splash screen.

    Things I've tried:

    1.. Restarting
    2. Checking the troubleshoot guide.
    3. Fresh install.

    OS: Win 7 64bit

Only thing that's changed about my set-up since I moved is that I don't have my desk set up right now and I'm using a makeshift monitor until I get that sorted. Can't see it being that though.

    Full system information.

    Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.160211-0600)
    Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
    System Model: H87-HD3
    BIOS: BIOS Date: 05/09/13 16:19:58 Ver: 04.06.05
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.5GHz
    Memory: 8192MB RAM
    Available OS Memory: 8070MB RAM
Page File: 3491MB used, 12648MB available
    Windows Dir: C:\Windows
    DirectX Version: DirectX 11

Edit: After some googleing (couldn't find shit using the forum search function) I found a thread which Matt said it could be some sort of display problem. I'm running 1920x1080 on this Display. I've tried manually fiddling with the resolution to try and fix it but I still don't get anywhere. If there is no work around I will just wait until I get my proper monitor set up.

Try running the Setup.exe file in the MapleRoyals directory, which sometimes helps when people have display issues. No guarantees but it's another step you can try :)

Do you happen to have your display drivers outdated? Try updating them and see if it fixes the problem.
