    I get this error code when I try and log in

    On a side note, I just moved house, could I be banned if I vote on a new IP?

    No, you can vote from a new IP every time. Just make sure they're 24 hours apart.

    Try changing the compatibility to Windows 7 and running it as admin.
    If not, try changing your refresh rate to 60hz.
