Error Code: -2147024809

Hello everyone,

I'm having some trouble starting up the game, and keep getting this error code.

I have looked at the Sticked Troubleshooting Guide, and have adjusted the compatibility settings, but nothing changed. I also updated my graphics driver thinking that was the problem, but nothing changed as well. Please help! Thank you!

 

Changing compatibility is really the only solution for that.
Can you post a screenshot of both your MapleRoyals folder and the compatibility tab of the client?

 

Here you go. The ticked box is 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings'.

 

Changing compatibility is the only solution I am familiar with have you tried all other compatibility options?

Also make sure you tick in run as admin.

 

Yes, I have tried all the options... Run as admin is also checked.

 

Run as admin is not checked on your screenshot if you already tried it I have no idea why you would have this problem.
